When is check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm although if you happen to arrive earlier, we may store your bags for you until your room is available. Please contact us so that we can get your room ready as soon as possible. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a guest cancels more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be a refund of the initial deposit, minus a $50 per room cancellation fee. If the cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
What is your deposit policy?
We require a 50% deposit of the reservation amount at the time of booking. This will be charged on the card provided. The remaining 50% is charged 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Are pets allowed on property?
We are a pet-free property and kindly ask that you respect this policy so that all guests may have a great experience. ADA service animals are allowed.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am until 9:30 am. It is included with stays in the cabins, suites, and house inn rooms. Guests staying in the Broadway building may add it on upon arrival for $20 per person. Please note, we require all breakfast orders and add-ons to be confirmed by 8:00 pm the day before so our cook can prepare accordingly and reduce food waste.
Do you provide transportation from the airport?
While we do not have a Huff House dedicated shuttle service. We work with a local transportation company that can pick you up from various locations around Jackson Hole. We ask that you give us a call or email us in order to get it arranged.
Are you within walking distance of Town Square?
The Huff House is centrally located in the town of Jackson, Wyoming. We are about a 5-minute walk from town square so plenty of our guests enjoy the convenience of leaving their vehicle on property as they enjoy the town. Plus we’re on the east side of town square, the quieter side.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have a lot dedicated for our guests staying with us. Upon arrival we will get some basic car information so that your stay will be seamless. When our lot fills up you may park on the road during summer months overnight. Road parking is not allowed during winter months overnight, the town will issue citations.
Accommodations
