When are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4PM although you may arrive earlier, and we will store your bags. If you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us so we can do our best to have your room ready. Check-out is at 11AM.
What is your deposit policy?
A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. The balance is charged 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a guest cancels MORE THAN 7 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund of the deposit paid, less a $50 per room cancellation fee. If the cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets unless they are ADA service animals.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and is included with the rates for cabins, suites, and house inns. Guests staying in the king and queen rooms of the Broadway building can add breakfast for an additional $15 per person. Please note, we require all breakfast add-ons to be confirmed by 8 PM the day before so our cook can prepare accordingly.
Do you provide airport shuttles?
If you need a lift to the airport or transportation to Teton Village, we offer special add-ons for shuttle services to get you where you need to go. You can purchase this during checkout when you book online!
Do you have handicap accessible rooms available?
Yes, our King Guest Rooms (Broadway Building), Snake River Cabin, and Sleeping Indian Room are ADA accessible.
