Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will be open for the winter season starting November 25! This resort is 13 miles northwest of downtown Jackson and the Teton Mountain Range. If you’re a skiing beginner, they offer group and private lessons to get you ready to hit the slopes.
Snow King Mountain
Skiers can hit the snow starting December 3 at Snow King Mountain! This ski resort stands out from others, located less than a mile from Jackson Town Square. The ski resort has 500 skiable acres for beginners and experts, all surrounded by beautiful Jackson nature.
Grand Targhee Resort
Grand Targhee Resort is roughly 50 miles from Jackson, but it is worth the drive for the skiing experience. Their opening day will be November 18, and they cater to all ski levels with their 600 skiable acres.
White Pine Ski Resort
Located in Pinedale, White Pine Ski Resort is home to 100 acres for skiing and will be open later this winter. Their terrains are a terrific balance for beginners, intermediates, and more advanced skiers. Take advantage of their terrain park if you want a more adventurous day.
